Cumberland Gate is located just off Cumberland Road which is easily accessed from the A2047 Goldsmith Avenue which leads into Winston Churchill Avenue.
 This links into Eastern Road and the A3 providing access out of Portsmouth. The property is within walking distance of Fratton Railway Station. Portsmouth is easily accessed via the A3 (M) from Petersfield and the M27 from Southampton. Junction 12 of the M27 links into the M275 which provides motorway access into Portsmouth City Centre.
